Bioterrorism: Institute of Food Technologists' Expert Panel
for FDA |
Dr.
Coughlin has been serving for the past year and a half on the
IFT Expert Panel on Food Bioterrorism, a Task Order contract on
chemical and microbial threat assessment for the U.S. FDA's Center
for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN). In June 2003,
the Expert Panelists received the "CFSAN Director's Special
Citation for outstanding contributions to CFSAN through expert
and independent food security threat assessments."
