Over 30 years experience in the area of food and chemical toxicology/safety.  Particular emphasis on U.S. and international regulatory, nutritional, and toxicologic evaluation of food/environmental chemicals, pesticides, food/personal care products, pharmaceuticals, and food processing methods.  Extensive experience with the assessment, communication, and management of risks of foods, chemicals, consumer products.  Consultant to industry on strategic health, safety, and regulatory issues management, including crisis communications counseling.
